3. Cancellation and Refunds
3.1 User-Initiated Cancellation
- If you decide to cancel your booking after making the token payment, please note that the token payment is non-refundable.
- Any additional payments made directly to the venue owner are subject to the venue owner’s cancellation and refund policies. Swagrani is not involved in these transactions and will not handle any refunds beyond the token amount.
3.2 Venue Owner-Initiated Cancellation
- In the rare event that a venue owner cancels the booking, the venue owner is responsible for refunding any payments made directly to them.
- Swagrani will refund the token amount of Rs 4,999/- to the user.
