Platform Usage
1.1. Searching for Venues
Users can search for wedding venues using various filters such as area, budget, and availability. Our search feature is designed to help you find venues that match your specific criteria and preferences.
1.2. Booking a Venue
Once you have selected a venue, you can secure your booking by paying a booking token of Rs 4,999/-. This token confirms your interest in the venue and initiates the booking process.
1.3. Payment Method
All payments, including the booking token and any remaining balance, must be processed through the Razorpay payment gateway. Prompt payment is essential to avoid any delays in booking confirmation.
Payment and Taxes
2.1. Token Payment
A non-refundable token amount of Rs 4,999/- is required to commence the booking process. This token amount will be deducted from the total booking fee.
2.2. GST Charges
An additional 18% GST is applicable on all booking charges, in accordance with government regulations. This GST amount will be added to your total payment.
2.3. Remaining Payment
You must contact the venue owner within 5 days of making the token payment to arrange for the remaining balance. The booking will not be confirmed until the full payment is made as per the venue owner’s terms and conditions.
Confirmation of Booking
3.1. Booking Finalization
The venue is not considered booked until the full payment is received by the venue owner. Users must adhere to the specific payment terms and conditions set by the venue owner.
3.2. Contacting the Venue Owner
Users have a maximum of 5 days after the token payment to approach the venue owner for the remaining payments. Failure to contact the venue owner within this period may result in the cancellation of the booking.
Taxes and Government Fees
4.1. Responsibility for Taxes
All taxes and government fees related to the venue booking must be discussed and settled directly with the venue owner. Swagrani is not responsible for any taxation aspects related to the venue booking.

5.1. User Agreement
